Soya Cutlets

Soya cutlet is a nutritious recipe. It is highly rich in protein that is ideal even for kids. It provides essential amino acids for the entire family’s health. Being light, it is easy to digest. It also provides energy for day long. It is simply yummy to relish. You can serve it in breakfast or include in your evening tea menu. It just requires few ingredients and you are sorted out.

  • 2 cup boiled Soya granules (Nutrela granules)
  • 400 gm boiled potatoes
  • 100 gm suji (semolina)
  • 50 gm French beans (chopped)
  • 50 gm boiled green peas
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 4 green chillies (chopped)
  • 3 bread slice
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry


Mix all the ingredients except suji and oil. Mash and divide each the mixture in balls. Press each ball in a shape of cutlet. Dip these cutlets in suji. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry each cutlet. Take out in a plate. Serve them hot with sauce or chutney.
