A real killer for those who can take the risk. Really spicy hot chicken. Who would like to take the dare?

Preparation time: 4hrs (including time for refrigeration)
Cooking time: 30mins



  • 1tsp oil
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 1tsp soya sauce
  • 3-4 fresh red chili
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 pieces of fillet chicken cut into long thick strips
  • 1tsp ground garlic
  • 1/2tsp ground ginger
  • 2tsp chili sauce


  • 1 tomato pureed
  • 5tbsp oil


Combine all the ingredients for the marination and leave covered in the fridge for a few hours

Remove from the fridge and heat some oil in the pan. When extremely hot add the chicken pieces. Turning occasionally.

Lower the heat and add the pureed tomato.

Cook until the chicken is tender and not much gravy is left.

Add potatoes if desired, and let it cook through.

Serve with a green salad.
