  • 1 1/3 cup vanilla Kefir
  • ½ cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • 1 ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup low fat milk

Method

1. Add all ingredients to the juicer.

2. Blend about 5 minutes, or until completely blended.
