Milkshakes are an any time treat, and they are healthy for your kids too. Check whatever you have in your fridge, and use it to create a healthy tasty shake. You not going to get a no for this one! Always try to use fresh fruit, it makes a difference.

Ingredients
- 8 Strawberries
- 4 scoops vanilla/strawberry ice cream
- ΒΌ cup milk
- 1 banana
- 2tsp sugar
- Whipped cream
Method
Blitz all the ingredients in a blender and pour into your glasses, top up with some whipped cream and decorate as desired.
