Ingredients
- 6 hot dogs
- 1 cup beer
- 3 cups sauerkraut rinsed and drained
- ½ cup wine
- 6 hot dog buns
- mustard
Method
1. Simmer hot dogs in beer for about 8 minutes.
2. Simmer sauerkraut in wine for about 5-10 minutes.
3. Spread mustard on buns.
4. Add hot dogs, and sauerkraut.
5. Enjoy.
