Most everyone likes chicken, and why not, its low fat, quick to prepare, and taste good too.
Some sliced chicken breast will make a ordinary salad special. When time is running short, use precooked chicken breast to top your salad, and all you have to do is warm it up and serve it with a splash of ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 cups precooked chicken breast
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup graded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- ½ cup black olives
- ½ cup tomatoes
- Ranch dressing
Method
1. Place lettuce on salad plates.
2. Top lettuce with chicken breast warmed in microwave.
3. Add cheeses, olives, and tomatoes.
4. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.
