Here you combine all your favorite fresh vegetables, meat, low fat cheeses, and what ever else you want, to create your healthy meal. Look for fat free salad dressings, or maybe a light balsamic dressing. Be creative and be healthy.

  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Onions
  • Radishes
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Prepared roasted turkey
  • Fat free cheddar shredded cheese
  • Low fat feta cheese
  • Fat free ranch dressing

Method

Chop all vegetables and turkey into bite size pieces.

Layer each ingredient in serving bowls as you chop.

Top with cheeses.

Dribble with dressing of your choice.
