Chicken Salad

The Most lightest but Filling Lunch, A little crunch and a little color is all you need for this summer’s chicken salad.

Serves: 2

Chicken Salad Ingredients

  • 100g Chicken Fillet cut into cubes or strips
  • 1 head Crisp lettuce
  • 1 Carrots sliced diagonally
  • 1 Yellow pepper cut in strips diagonally
  • 1 small Cucumber cut diagonally
  • 5tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chili sauce 3tbsp
  • 1tsp olive oil

Cooking instructions for Chicken Salad

Prepare the chicken, and heat the oil, add the chicken pieces, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Cook until done, leave some juice to pour over the salad when done.

Prepare all the ingredients for the salad and place in serving platter.

Add the chicken pieces over the prepared salad.

Add feta cheese pieces if desired (optional).

Serve with baguette slices.
