Flat Breads and Slaw

Flatbreads and Cole slaw are the easiest making and a very good compliment to any main dish. Use them when you are entertaining guests or at parties. The flatbreads can even be frozen and just reheated in the microwave when it is needed.

Ingredients

  • 200g plain flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp paprika
  • Chopped parsley
  • Yellow color or 1/4tsp turmeric

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and bind with water until nice dough is formed. When done make into small balls and roll out to make round bread. Heat a non-stick pan and cook turning the side when it turns brown.

For the Cole Slaw

Liquidize ¼ cabbage, 1 big carrot, 1/4 cucumber

For the Slaw mixture
Mix together 5tbsp mayonnaise, 1tbsp milk, 1tsp sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the cabbage, carrot and cucumber in this mixture.
