Homemade Meatloaf

This recipe is very flavorful with ingredients such as sage, brown sugar, nutmeg, and mustard.

You can refrigerate leftovers and serve it later for sandwiches.

It is very easy to bake, just mix and bake for a hour. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sage
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Homemade Meatloaf

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

4. Form into one large or two medium size loafs, and place in pan.

5. Bake for 1 hour.
