Pineapple Jelly

Ever heard of a nutty jelly? Well here’s one to make your mouth water…Some people dread making homemade jelly, but it’s very easy to make. You can use absolutely anything.

Pineapple Jelly

Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 15mins


  • 1 Fresh pineapple cut into cubes, remove the middle part of it
  • 3tbsp sugar
  • A pinch of saffron
  • 5tbsp water
  • 1tsp gelatin in 1tsp water
  • Almonds chopped
  • Raisins a few
  • A few drops of Pineapple essence


In a saucepan, add the pineapple, sugar, water, saffron.

Cook until softened.

Add the gelatin and essence, and remove from the stove.

Drain the sauce into your mould; add the almonds and raisins.Refridgerate until set.
