			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are familiar with chana masala recipe usually had with pooris or bhaturas. This recipe is a combination of potatoes and chickpeas with a blend of Indian spices resulting in spicy gravy. The tangy taste of tomatoes is balanced with the mashed chana to give you a lip-smacking dish.</p>
<p><strong>Prep time:</strong> 20min<br />
<strong>Cook time:</strong> 15 min<br />
<strong>Serves:</strong> 2-3</p>
<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<ul>
<li>2 potatoes</li>
<li>½ cup Kabul chana</li>
<li>1 cup tomato paste</li>
<li>1 onion, chopped fine</li>
<li>1 tsp ginger-garlic paste</li>
<li>3 chopped green chillies</li>
<li>1 tsp coriander powder</li>
<li>Red chilli powder and salt to taste</li>
<li>½ tsp turmeric powder</li>
<li>Coriander for garnish</li>
</ul>
<h3>Method</h3>
<p>Boil chana and potatoes. Mash half the chana, peel and dice potatoes.</p>
<p>Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaf, onions, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook till raw smell goes and oil appears on the sides.</p>
<p>Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and some water. Boil for few minutes. Stir in mashed chana, whole chana and diced potatoes. Sprinkle coriander powder and mix well. Close the lid and simmer for a 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander.</p>

These are known to strengthen the body by  boosting the immune system. Chicken contains a high amount of protein, carbohydrates  and fats. It gives your body ample of vitaminB6 and B3. These are essential for  the skin, digestive system and the nerves.</p>
<p>Chicken meat is power packed  with proteins that makes one of the favorite foods for body builders due to its  muscle building potential. Skinned chicken meat is very low in fat if we  compare it with other meats.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>100 gm chicken</li>
<li> ¼ kg Maida flour</li>
<li> 1 egg</li>
<li> 25 gm cabbage</li>
<li> 25 gm beans</li>
<li> 25 gm carrot</li>
<li> ½ tsp pepper powder</li>
<li>½ lit refined oil</li>
<li>1 onion</li>
<li>Finely chopped coriander  leaves</li>
<li>Salt – according to taste</li>
<li>1 cup water</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method</strong></p>
<p>Add the yoke of egg in Maida  flour. Add salt and water. Mix it well till it gets the consistency of  chapatti. Keep it aside for half an hour.</p>
<p>Remove the skin of chicken.  Boil it well. Cut the cabbage, beans, carrot and chicken finely and  lengthy.</p>
<p>Heat 8 tsp oil in a pan. Add  the cabbage, carrot, beans. Fry it well. Add the pepper powder, salt and boiled  chicken pieces. Fry it deeply. Give chapatti consistency, the circle shape. Add  the fried ingredients, the finely chopped coriander leaves and roll it.</p>
<p>Heat oil in pan. Drop the  rolls and fry it till it gets brownish.</p>
<p>A delicious chicken spring  roll is ready!</p>
