Chicken Spring Roll Recipe

There are several benefits that you stand to gain from eating chicken. It is rich source of a variety of essential nutrients and vitamins. Chicken meat is power packed with proteins that makes one of the favorite foods for body builders due to its muscle building potential. Skinned chicken meat is very low in fat if we compare it with other meats.


  • 100 gm chicken
  • ¼ kg Maida flour
  • 1 egg
  • 25 gm cabbage
  • 25 gm beans
  • 25 gm carrot
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ lit refined oil
  • 1 onion
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt – according to taste
  • 1 cup water


Add the yoke of egg in Maida flour. Add salt and water. Mix it well till it gets the consistency of chapatti. Keep it aside for half an hour.

Remove the skin of chicken. Boil it well. Cut the cabbage, beans, carrot and chicken finely and lengthy.

Heat 8 tsp oil in a pan. Add the cabbage, carrot, beans. Fry it well. Add the pepper powder, salt and boiled chicken pieces. Fry it deeply. Give chapatti consistency, the circle shape. Add the fried ingredients, the finely chopped coriander leaves and roll it.

Heat oil in pan. Drop the rolls and fry it till it gets brownish.
