Turkey Burgers

There has been some debate over which is healthier, ground beef or ground turkey. The answer is turkey, but that is only, IF the turkey is from lean, ground breast meat. So check your label. Always spray your pan with non-sticking spray before adding your turkey patties. Add seasoning to give the turkey burger a great flavor. Experiment with different seasonings to find the special taste your looking for. Cook it till it’s done by timing or use a meat thermometer.

Turkey Burgers Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • ΒΌ cup mustard
  • Beef seasoning
  • Reduced fat cheese


Spray frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine the turkey, and mustard.

Form into 4 patties.

Generously sprinkle beef seasoning over patties.

Place patties in medium high pan.

Cook 5 minutes on each side, turning only once.

Melt cheese on top, and serve.
