Ingredients
- 3 – 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons finely ground corn meal
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
1. Clean potatoes and microwave 4 minutes, cool.
2. Stir together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Peal and cut potatoes into medium size French fries.
4. Place potatoes in the large bowl, and toss to cover.
5. Cook on griddle with olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
6. Homemade Seasoned French Fries is ready to serve.
