There are so many benefits from drinking green tea. According to the U S Department of Agriculture, green tea has more flavonoids than fruits and vegetables. This means green tea is the most healthy tea available, for you tea drinkers. For a more sweet taste try a spoon of honey, stevia or sugar.

  • Loose or bag of green tea

Method

1. Bring 1 cup of water just to boil.

3. Let steep for 3 – 4 minutes.

4. Cool a few minutes.
