Brussels Sprouts are miniature wild cabbage.
They are full of nutrition such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and folic acid, as well as fiber. The sprouts are believed to protect against colon cancer. To help make such a nourishing vegetable more tasty, try adding some special ingredients into your next serving of Brussels Sprouts.

Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen Brussels Sprout
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup bacon bits
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
Method
1. Place sprouts in a pan with water, cover with a lid.
2. Bring just to a boil, and break up sprouts with a fork.
3. Add all other ingredients, cover with lid.
4. Cook on low for 5- 7 minutes more.
