The secret is frying them in just enough olive oil to coat the pan. You can serve them with a fat free dip of your choice.   • 1 pound chicken strips
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup low fat milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
  • Sprinkle of garlic powder

Method

1. Spray pan with non-sticking spray.

2. Coat bottom of pan with olive oil.

3. Dip strips into milk.

4. Place strips into pan, heated to medium high.

5. Cook 3-4 minutes, until chicken is golden brown, and turn to other side.

6. Sprinkle both seasonings on chicken.

7. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes.

8. Place on serving plate, and sprinkle again with seasonings.
