Cardillo

This is a best viand in breakfast meal. Its main ingredients are fish and egg. Any kind fish will do. Affordable and is not time consuming. Cardillo is protein rich food because it has fish and egg and tomatoes rich in vitamin C.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 5 medium size fish
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 onion
  • cooking oil
  • salt to taste
  • water

Method

Heat the cooking pan and pour some cooking oil for frying fish until turns into brown color. Set aside. Chop into small pieces the onion and garlic. Slice the tomatoes in desired shape. Beat the eggs in the mixing bowl and put a pinch of salt. Again heat the pan with the remaining oil that was used in frying fish, Sautee the onion and garlic and add the tomatoes. Put the fried fish and add water as desired then cover until boiling point. Put the boated eggs and add salt to taste.

Ready to serve.
