Also it has been proven that a high protein breakfast will help jump start your diet program for the day. This recipe is includes meat, cheese, and vegetables, a whole balanced meal.   • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 2 tablespoons green peppers, chopped
  • ½ cup cheese, grated


1. Whip up the eggs in a bowl.

2. Cover the bottom of non-stick pan with olive oil.

3. Slowly pour eggs in the center of the heated pan.

4. Cook until the bottom of the eggs are turning golden.

5. Cover one side of eggs with fillings.

6. Flip the other side over.

7. Continue to cook about a minute more, and serve.
