Deviled Eggs With a Touch of Bacon

After all what goes together better than eggs and bacon? This recipe is easy and fast to make, and the presentation is mouth watering. Believe me it’s worth trying.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled bacon, or bacon bits
  • Pinch of dried parsley

Method

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool with cold water.
  3. Peel, and rinse the eggs.
  4. Cut each egg in half.
  5. Scoop out the yoke with a spoon.
  6. Combine yokes with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, mash together.
  7. Fill eggs with yoke mixture.
  8. Sprinkle bacon, and parsley on finished eggs.
