Egg Coated Garlic Chicken Fingers

  • 1/2 pound boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 small eggs
  • Bread crumbs or salty crackers
  • 1/2 cup canola oil / vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Boil the chicken and cut it into thin, long strips like regular french fries and keep it aside. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Add salt, garlic powder & black pepper into beaten eggs.

Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Dip the chicken strips into egg solution and then wrap with crackers/ bread crumbs. Deep fry the chicken strips until turns golden brown on both the sides.
