Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons quick cooking oats
- ½ tablespoon beef seasoning
- 4 wholewheat hamburger buns
- 4 slices low fat cheese
- Lettuce & tomato
Method
1. Combine beef, oats, and seasoning in a large bowl.
2. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties.
3. Cook 5 minutes on each side.
4. Place lettuce and tomato on buns.
5. Top with burger and cheese.
6. Close bun.
