Well, the answer is, doctor up the turkey by adding special flavorings. This recipe adds horseradish, garlic, and beef seasoning. Don’t knock it until you try it! The beef seasoning will add so much to your flavor, with the additions of chili powder, cumin, oregano, thyme, sage, and peppercorns. You can find it with the seasonings at your market. You will enjoy adding it to all your beef recipes too.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoons pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon beef seasoning
- Whole wheat hamburger buns
Method
Mix turkey with all ingredients.
Form mixture into patties.
Spray grill or pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Put burgers on and cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Add cheese, and anything else you like, and enjoy!
