By adding cheeses and spices to ground turkey, you can make a delicious turkey burger.
Ground turkey, served by it’s self, can have a bland flavor, but different cheeses and some Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and parsley will go a long way to bring that cheese burger to perfection.
Add on some tomatoes and onion and you just can’t get any better than that!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese slices
- Onion and tomato slices
- 2 wheat hamburger buns
Method
1. Add garlic powder, parsley, sauce, and, Romano cheese to turkey, mix well.
2. Form turkey into 4 patties.
3. Fry or grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until done.
4. Place one cheese slice on each burger.
5. Place two burgers on each bun.
6. Load with onion and tomato.
7. Enjoy!
