Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium size onion, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- 4-8 cheese slices
Method
1. Shape patties into 4 burgers.
2. Fry burgers 5 minutes on each side.
3. In the meantime, cook the onions in olive oil.
4. When onions are slightly browned, stir in the steak sauce.
5. Place the lettuce on the bottom bun.
6. Place tomato on the lettuce.
7. Place one burger on the tomato, topped by a slice of cheese.
8. Place the second hamburger on top then add another slice of cheese.
9. Spoon onion mixture on the top of the cheese.
10. Finish off with the top of the bun.
