Summer time is a great time to try new recipes for hamburgers.
By combining the special flavors of cheese, onion and bacon you can create a great burger anytime of the year. Experiment with your favorite cheeses, and enjoy.

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon beef seasoning
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbed
- 4 thinly sliced onions
- Hamburger buns
Method
1. Combine beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and beef seasoning.
2. Shape meat into 4 patties.
3. Fry or grill for 5 minutes on each side.
4. Place hamburgers on buns.
5. Place cheese on hamburgers.
6. Place bacon on top of cheese.
7. Finish with slice of onion.
8. Enjoy!
