Do you ever crave a sweet and spicy burger? This recipe covers that craving completely.
The almonds, ginger, and garlic is what does the trick. To top off the bistro burgers, load on the sauté d onions in a butter sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 egg
- ½ cup ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Onion Topping
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Method
1. Combine hamburger with the first 7 ingredients, form into 3 patties.
2. Fry burgers for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
3. While cooking burgers, melt butter in small pan with salt and sugar.
4. Cook onions until they are soft.
5. Top each burger with onions.
