Ingredients
- ½ cup beef broth
- ½ tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- ½ pound steak, sliced in bite size pieces
- ½ cup mushrooms
- 4 cups broccoli
- Small chopped onion
Method
1. Combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, garlic, ginger, and beef.
2. Stir to coat beef, let marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
4. Add meat mixture, broccoli, onions and mushrooms together in skillet.
5. Cook on medium high for 10 minutes, or until broccoli and onions soften.
6. Stir often, and serve over rice.
